ETFE Canopies for Urban Retail and Public Space

The sweeping roof form at Parc Central was inspired by the symbol of the “Double Fish,” representing peace, harmony and good fortune – motifs with cultural significance in China. The single-layer ETFE roof pursues this flowing architectural idea, providing shelter while preserving uninterrupted visual links between the interior spaces and the sky above. The canopy also includes an integrated rainwater collection system, supporting functional performance in everyday use.
