The canopy provides protection from Singapore’s sun and rain while maintaining a bright and open atmosphere. By covering the plaza with ETFE, the space can be used throughout the day, supporting movement, social interaction and events within the development.
Printed ETFE for Solar Control

The canopy uses printed ETFE foil to reduce solar gain and improve comfort beneath the structure. This approach balances shading with natural daylight, creating a pleasant environment while preserving visual transparency and openness.
Lightweight Structure and Efficient Delivery
ETFE’s low weight enabled an efficient steel support structure, helping maintain clear views across the plaza and reducing structural loads.
