The engineering team addressed drainage and water-ponding challenges to ensure reliable performance.
After installing the supporting structure and aluminium extrusion system, the ETFE panels were integrated as part of a complete design, fabrication and installation process delivered by Vector Foiltec Asia Pacific.

Award-Winning Development
ETFE’s low surface tension helps prevent dust and dirt from adhering, reducing maintenance requirements — a key advantage in a rapidly developing urban environment. The lightweight canopy design was also essential for installation at upper levels of the complex.
The canopies were designed to be illuminated at night, creating a visible architectural feature from surrounding roads and reinforcing the identity of this premium business park.
Embassy Manyata Business Park has received major industry recognition, including Best IT Park Project (NDTV Property Awards) and Best IT Special Economic Zone (STPI).
